Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to manage and enhance our food, beverage, and hospitality services. This role will be crucial in ensuring high-quality catering and event support for internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the overall operational efficiency and employee satisfaction within NPCI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospitality management and procurement within a corporate or government setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of catering services, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery for meetings, events, and employee cafeterias.

Manage relationships with food and beverage vendors, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to procurement policies.

Develop and implement hospitality standards and best practices to ensure a positive experience for all guests and employees.

Manage budgets for food, beverage, and hospitality expenses, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations related to food handling and service.

Coordinate with internal departments for event planning and execution, providing seamless hospitality support.

Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues related to food and beverage services promptly and professionally.
