Role Summary: The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within HDFC Bank's corporate facilities, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a strategic approach to managing catering services, employee cafeterias, and event-related food and beverage needs, aligning with the bank's operational excellence and employee well-being initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for food and beverage services across all HDFC Bank locations in India.
- Manage all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Oversee the daily operations of employee cafeterias, ensuring quality, variety, and affordability.
- Plan and execute food and beverage services for corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, implement cost-control measures, and optimize profitability.
- Train, supervise, and motivate food and beverage staff.
- Conduct regular quality checks and gather feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR and administration departments to align F&B services with employee needs and company policies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in food and beverage management.
