Food & Beverage Management - Corporate Services

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our corporate dining and catering services. This role is crucial in ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and enjoyable food and beverage experience for our employees and visitors within our corporate offices. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, maintain exceptional standards, control costs, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus for daily cafeteria service, special events, and meetings.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships for all food and beverage supplies.
- Oversee kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure adherence to strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP, FSSAI).
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability of F&B operations.
- Plan and execute catering for internal meetings, client events, and corporate functions.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with facilities and administration teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in food and beverage management.
