Food & Beverage Management - Thiruvananthapuram (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Management professional to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree (M.A) who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and beverage services within a corporate educational setting. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily food and beverage operations, including catering, cafeteria services, and event support.

Develop and implement menus, ensuring variety, quality, and adherence to dietary guidelines and budget.

Oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost control for all food and beverage supplies.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events and functions.
