Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our company's food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, managing costs, and creating a positive dining experience for our employees and guests within our design studio environment. This role requires a blend of culinary knowledge, operational expertise, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement F&B strategies to align with company goals and employee satisfaction.

Manage daily F&B operations, including inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation standards.

Manage F&B staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Control F&B costs and optimize profitability.

Handle customer feedback and resolve any F&B-related issues promptly.

Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute corporate events and catering.
