Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Safety Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our food services operations in Delhi. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to implement and monitor food safety protocols, conduct audits, and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of food safety management systems (FSMS) in compliance with FSSAI regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of partner restaurants and internal facilities to ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Investigate food safety incidents, customer complaints, and non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze food safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure safe sourcing and handling of food products.
- Support in training programs for staff and partners on food safety best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest food safety regulations, scientific advancements, and industry trends.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to food safety compliance and audits.
