Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Safety Professional with 2-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Bangalore. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of food safety across our operations, contributing to brand reputation and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of food handling, storage, and preparation areas.
- Investigate food safety incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international food safety regulations.
- Train staff on food safety best practices and procedures.
- Manage supplier audits and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Analyze food safety data and prepare reports for management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in food safety.
