Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Safety Assistant to join our team in Ludhiana. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in ensuring food quality and safety standards within our corporate environment. You will support the implementation and monitoring of food safety protocols, contributing to a healthy and secure workplace for our employees. This role does not require a post-graduation degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the regular inspection of food service areas, kitchens, and storage facilities to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Monitor food handling, preparation, and storage practices to identify and report any potential risks or non-compliance issues.
Support in maintaining records related to food safety audits, inspections, and training.
Assist in coordinating with external vendors and suppliers to ensure adherence to food safety standards for procured food items.
Participate in food safety awareness programs and training sessions for staff.
Respond to immediate concerns regarding food safety and escalate issues as necessary.
Help in the implementation of corrective actions for any identified food safety deviations.
