Food Safety Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Food Safety Manager to oversee and implement robust food safety programs across our Indian operations. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with national and international food safety standards, protecting brand reputation, and safeguarding consumer health. The Food Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all aspects of food safety management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000).
2. Conduct regular food safety audits and inspections of facilities, processes, and suppliers.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian food safety regulations and international standards.
4. Investigate food safety incidents, deviations, and customer complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions.
5. Develop and deliver food safety training programs for employees at all levels.
6. Manage supplier food safety programs and conduct supplier assessments.
7. Stay updated on emerging food safety trends, regulations, and best practices.
8. Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality Assurance, and other departments to integrate food safety into product development and manufacturing processes.
