Food Safety - Quality Assurance (2-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Food Safety professional with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our Quality Assurance team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all food products and processes meet stringent safety standards and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and safety of our products from raw material sourcing to final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, FSSC 22000) in compliance with FSSAI regulations.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of production facilities, storage areas, and processes to identify potential hazards.
• Develop and deliver food safety training programs for staff at all levels.
• Investigate food safety incidents, deviations, and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage and maintain all food safety documentation, records, and certifications.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure food safety considerations are integrated into product development and operations.
• Stay updated on the latest food safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging risks.
