Footwear Designer - 2-4 Yrs

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Footwear Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (B.Des) in Design and a passion for creating innovative and functional footwear solutions. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and developing footwear that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and functional requirements for our corporate environment and employee needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design innovative footwear based on market trends, brand identity, and functional requirements.

Develop detailed technical sketches, 2D/3D renderings, and specifications for production.

Collaborate with product development teams, material suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and quality.

Create mood boards, color palettes, and material selections.

Ensure designs meet ergonomic standards and user comfort requirements.

Stay updated with the latest footwear technologies, materials, and design trends.
