Footwear Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Footwear Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative footwear collections that align with our brand identity and cater to the specific needs of our corporate clients in the hospitality sector. This role requires a strong understanding of footwear construction, materials, and current fashion trends, with a focus on creating stylish and functional designs for uniforms and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design innovative footwear for various hotel staff uniforms and guest-facing roles.
- Develop detailed design sketches, technical drawings, and 3D renderings.
- Select appropriate materials, colors, and finishes, considering durability, comfort, and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure design integrity and quality control during production.
- Stay abreast of the latest footwear trends, technologies, and sustainable practices.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify design opportunities.
- Work closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to ensure designs meet brand standards and market demands.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders.
