Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and sketch original footwear designs based on market trends, material innovation, and company objectives.
- Develop detailed technical drawings, 2D/3D renderings, and specifications for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with material sourcing and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
- Create prototypes and samples, providing feedback for revisions and improvements.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Ensure designs align with brand identity and target market.
- Prepare design presentations for internal stakeholders and potential clients.
- Stay updated on new design technologies, software, and manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with engineering and product development teams to bring designs to life.
