Job Description
We are seeking a creative and skilled Footwear Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative footwear products that align with market trends and our company's brand identity. This role involves working closely with product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to bring designs from concept to final product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original footwear designs, sketches, and 3D models based on market research, trend analysis, and brand guidelines.
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
- Select materials, colors, and finishes to enhance product aesthetics and performance.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing and meet cost targets.
- Stay updated on the latest footwear industry trends, technologies, and consumer preferences.
- Prepare and present design concepts to internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the prototyping and sample development process, providing feedback for revisions.
