Foreman / Technician

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Foreman/Technician to oversee and execute operational tasks within our Business Process Management (BPM) division. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, maintain quality standards, and support the team in achieving project objectives. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide a team of technicians and associates in daily operational activities.
- Monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain equipment and ensure optimal working conditions.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
- Generate reports on operational performance and submit them to management.
- Manage inventory and resources effectively.
