We are seeking a diligent and technically skilled Foreman / Technician with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess a BCA degree and have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, data handling, and operational support within an analytics and KPO environment. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day technical operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting our analytical processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of technical teams and processes within the KPO/Analytics division.
- Ensure the efficient functioning of IT systems, hardware, and software relevant to data processing and analysis.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data collection, processing, and reporting.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate seamless data flow and project execution.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and analysts.
- Manage inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely maintenance and upgrades.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new operational workflows and tools.
- Adhere to company policies and industry best practices.
