We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Foreman / Technician with a Doctorate/PhD to join our innovative technology team. You will be instrumental in overseeing technical operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of complex systems, and contributing to cutting-edge research and development projects. Your expertise will be crucial in driving efficiency and innovation within our organization, particularly in our Bhubaneshwar R&D facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced technological equipment and systems.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for technical processes and quality control.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to test and integrate new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Contribute to the design and execution of experimental protocols related to new product development.
