Forex Dealer

Role Summary: The Forex Dealer will be responsible for managing the company's foreign exchange exposure, executing currency transactions, and ensuring optimal foreign exchange rates for international business operations within IRCON International Limited. This role requires a deep understanding of global financial markets and currency dynamics, particularly as they relate to infrastructure and railway projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze foreign exchange market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events that may impact currency valuations.

Execute foreign exchange transactions (spot, forward, futures, options) to hedge against currency risks and manage working capital.

Develop and implement forex strategies to minimize costs and maximize returns on foreign currency holdings.

Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure competitive exchange rates and efficient transaction processing.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, internal policies, and reporting requirements related to foreign exchange.

Prepare regular reports on forex positions, market analysis, and transaction outcomes for senior management.

Advise project management teams on currency implications for international contracts and payments.
