Forklift Operator - Financial Services Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Forklift Operator with 2-4 years of experience to join our operations team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within our financial services facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of operational logistics and a commitment to safety protocols, leveraging a B.Tech/B.E. background for analytical problem-solving and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials, equipment, and products within the premises.
- Ensure all forklift operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition, reporting any issues or malfunctions immediately.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring clear pathways and proper storage of materials.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting, labeling, and tracking materials.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and movement of goods.
- Utilize B.Tech/B.E. knowledge to identify opportunities for improving material handling processes and efficiency.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and guidelines for material handling and workplace safety.
- Provide support for other warehouse and logistics-related tasks as needed.
