Formulation Scientist (0-2 Yrs) | Chennai

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Formulation Scientist with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to kickstart their career in product development and formulation within the fast-paced consumer goods industry. You will support the development and refinement of new and existing product formulations, contributing to innovation and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and optimization of product formulations under the guidance of senior scientists.
- Conduct basic laboratory experiments and data collection to support formulation trials.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Marketing, to ensure alignment on product development goals.
- Support the preparation of documentation for product development, regulatory submissions, and technical reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and formulation techniques relevant to the miscellaneous product category.
- Ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols and good laboratory practices (GLP).
