Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Formulation Scientist to join our advanced R&D team focused on developing innovative materials and solutions for urban transport applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the research, development, and optimization of chemical formulations that enhance vehicle performance, durability, and sustainability. This role requires a deep understanding of material science, chemistry, and their application in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and development of new chemical formulations for automotive components, coatings, adhesives, and lubricants.
Optimize existing formulations to improve performance, reduce cost, and enhance environmental sustainability.
Characterize and test materials using advanced analytical techniques (e.g., spectroscopy, chromatography, thermal analysis).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and product development, to ensure successful product integration.
Troubleshoot formulation-related issues during product development and manufacturing.
Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements and industry trends in material science and automotive applications.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
