Formulation Scientist

Role Summary: The Formulation Scientist will be responsible for developing and optimizing formulations for electric vehicle components, focusing on battery materials, coatings, and other functional materials to enhance performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a deep understanding of material science, chemistry, and process engineering within the context of urban transport solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research, develop, and test new material formulations for EV batteries, thermal management systems, and structural components.
- Optimize existing formulations to improve energy density, cycle life, safety, and cost of battery materials.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to scale up laboratory formulations to pilot and production levels.
- Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of material properties, performance, and degradation mechanisms.
- Investigate and troubleshoot formulation-related issues during product development and manufacturing.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in material science, electrochemistry, and EV technology.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations on formulation development and findings.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
