Formulation Scientist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Formulation Scientist with 2-5 years of experience to join our innovative team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and have a strong understanding of formulation development principles within the technology sector. You will be instrumental in developing and optimizing formulations for cutting-edge technological applications, ensuring product performance, stability, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize formulations for new and existing technology products, considering factors like material properties, processing conditions, and end-use requirements.
- Conduct experimental studies to evaluate formulation performance, stability, and compatibility using various analytical techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product development and scale-up.
- Troubleshoot formulation-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of experiments, results, and conclusions in accordance with company standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in formulation science and relevant technologies.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and patent applications.
