Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Formulation Scientist with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for developing and optimizing new and existing formulations within the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a commercial understanding to translate scientific concepts into market-ready products. While a B.Com degree is the educational background, a keen interest and aptitude for understanding chemical compositions and product performance in construction materials are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the research and development of new formulations for construction chemicals, coatings, adhesives, or other building materials.
Conduct laboratory experiments to test and evaluate the performance and stability of various material formulations.
Analyze test results, interpret data, and document findings for reports and presentations.
Collaborate with the production team to scale up successful formulations from lab to pilot and commercial production.
Contribute to the cost-effectiveness analysis of raw materials and finished products, leveraging B.Com knowledge.
Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
Support the sales and marketing teams by providing technical information and insights on product applications.
