Fraud Analyst

Role Summary:
Bounce Infinity is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fraud Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities across our platform, including vehicle sales, battery subscriptions, and user transactions. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company's assets and maintaining the integrity of our operations in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze transaction data to detect suspicious patterns and potential fraud.
- Investigate flagged transactions and user accounts, gathering evidence and documenting findings.
- Develop and implement fraud detection rules and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Customer Support, Engineering) to resolve fraud cases and improve prevention strategies.
- Stay updated on emerging fraud trends and technologies relevant to the automotive and EV industries.
- Prepare regular reports on fraud activities, trends, and the effectiveness of control measures.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of fraud prevention policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities in existing systems and processes.
- Respond to and manage customer inquiries related to potential fraudulent activity.
