Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Fraud Analyst with 6 to 6 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our team in Hyderabad. The Fraud Analyst will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities within our import and export operations. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, risk assessment, and fraud detection techniques to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze transaction data to detect suspicious patterns and anomalies indicative of fraud.
- Investigate potential fraud cases, gather evidence, and document findings comprehensively.
- Develop and implement fraud detection models and rules based on industry best practices and emerging threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to mitigate fraud risks.
- Conduct root cause analysis of fraud incidents and recommend preventive measures.
- Prepare regular reports on fraud trends, case status, and risk assessments for management.
- Stay updated with the latest fraud schemes, technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to the import and export industry.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to fraud prevention and risk management.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data insights effectively.
