Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and legally-minded Fraud Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate will possess an LLB degree and a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to healthcare and financial fraud. You will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities within our operations, ensuring compliance and safeguarding company assets. This role requires a keen eye for detail, analytical prowess, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate suspicious transactions, claims, and activities to detect potential fraud, waste, and abuse.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems, external databases, and legal documents.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports, documenting findings, evidence, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to develop and implement fraud prevention strategies.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to fraud detection and prevention.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on fraud awareness and prevention.
- Maintain accurate records of all investigations and related documentation.
- Provide legal insights and support in fraud-related cases and policy development.
