Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Fraud Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities that could impact our business operations in the electronic components and semiconductors sector. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes and a keen eye for detail, leveraging a BBA/BBM degree to analyze data and implement effective fraud mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor transactions and business processes to detect suspicious patterns and anomalies indicative of fraud.
Conduct in-depth investigations into suspected fraud cases, gathering evidence and documenting findings.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Legal) to resolve fraud incidents and implement corrective actions.
Develop and refine fraud detection rules and models using analytical tools and techniques.
Prepare reports on fraud trends, investigations, and recommended preventive measures for management.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging fraud schemes, particularly within the electronic components and semiconductors landscape.
Assist in the implementation and testing of new fraud prevention technologies and systems.
