Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Fraud Detection & Prevention Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating fraudulent activities across our operations, safeguarding the company's assets and reputation within the Gems & Jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust fraud detection strategies and systems.

Monitor transactions and business processes for suspicious activities and anomalies.

Investigate potential fraud cases, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal) to address and resolve fraud issues.

Propose and implement preventive measures to minimize future fraud risks.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging fraud schemes, and regulatory changes.

Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities in existing systems and processes.

Assist in the development and delivery of fraud awareness training programs.
