Role Summary: Seeking a visionary and strategic Chairman with 2-4 years of relevant experience to lead our burgeoning Defence & Aerospace startup in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong M.Tech background and a proven ability to steer a company through its growth phase. You will be instrumental in shaping the company's strategic direction, fostering innovation, and ensuring robust governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the company in alignment with the Defence and Aerospace sector's future needs.
Provide leadership and guidance to the executive management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Oversee all aspects of corporate governance, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Drive business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and forge strategic partnerships.
Represent the company to stakeholders, including investors, government bodies, and industry partners.
Leverage M.Tech expertise to guide technological advancements and product development within the aerospace domain.
Ensure financial stewardship and oversee capital allocation for sustainable growth.
