We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chemical Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in refining processes. While the core role involves engineering expertise, this unique opportunity requires a candidate with an LLB degree to leverage legal and regulatory understanding within the refining sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and contributing to strategic decision-making within our IT services solutions for the refining industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize refining processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, considering legal and regulatory frameworks.

Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, interpreting and applying legal statutes.

Assist in the development and implementation of IT solutions tailored for the refining industry, focusing on regulatory adherence and risk management.

Conduct legal and technical feasibility studies for new refining projects and process modifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, operations, and IT, to address complex challenges.

Prepare technical and legal reports, documentation, and presentations.

Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and changes in refining and environmental law.
