Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Post Doctoral Researcher with a background in Design (B.Des) to join our advanced research and development team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of post-doctoral research experience looking to contribute to cutting-edge projects within the telecommunications and digital services sector. You will be instrumental in exploring new design paradigms for user experiences in next-generation networks and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent research in areas such as user interface design for 5G/6G services, interaction design for IoT devices, or design thinking for digital inclusion.
- Develop and prototype novel design concepts and user experiences based on research findings.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other researchers to translate research insights into actionable design strategies.
- Analyze user behavior, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to optimize usability and engagement.
- Prepare research reports, publications, and presentations to disseminate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in telecommunications, user experience design, and human-computer interaction.
