Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM and a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency and cost reduction through the application of Lean Six Sigma principles within the Metals & Mining sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and analyze process bottlenecks and inefficiencies across various departments.
Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects (e.g., DMAIC) from initiation to closure.
Develop and implement solutions to improve process quality, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
Train and mentor employees on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
Collect and analyze data to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
Support the development and implementation of a continuous improvement culture.
