Freelance Product / Service Trainer (3-5 Yrs) - Pulp & Paper

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Product / Service Trainer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training our internal teams and external stakeholders on the effective use and understanding of our pulp and paper products and related services. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical information for an audience with a 12th Pass educational background.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on our range of paper products, manufacturing processes, and associated services.

Create clear and concise training materials, including presentations, manuals, and visual aids, suitable for a 12th Pass audience.

Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement in product knowledge and service delivery.

Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical guidance to trainees.

Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to refine training programs.

Stay updated with industry trends and product developments to ensure training content is current and relevant.

Assist in onboarding new employees by providing comprehensive product and service training.
