Role Summary:
Nilkamal Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced French Teacher to join our team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic educator with 4-6 years of experience and an Any Graduate degree, looking to impart French language and cultural knowledge to our employees. The teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging French language programs tailored to the needs of a corporate environment, fostering communication skills and cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive French language curriculum suitable for adult learners in a corporate setting.
- Conduct interactive classes focusing on conversational French, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
- Organize cultural activities and events to enhance understanding and appreciation of French culture.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and resources in French language education.
