Job Description

Role Summary: The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to manage reception duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

Provide basic information about the organization to visitors.

Maintain visitor logs and security access.

Assist with administrative tasks as required.
