Role Summary:
We are seeking a professional and welcoming individual to manage our front office operations and provide exceptional guest services at our India headquarters. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth visitor flow and assistance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation for guests and employees as needed.
- Maintain a visitor log and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Address guest concerns and issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Support in organizing company events and meetings.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
