Front Office (M.Pharma Required) - Gurgaon

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Office Executive with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our team at HDFC Bank in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills, with a unique understanding of pharmaceutical sciences that can be applied in a corporate banking setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries efficiently.

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document management, and report preparation.

Utilize knowledge of M.Pharma to assist with any specific documentation or queries that may require a scientific background, particularly if dealing with health-related banking products or client services.

Maintain a secure and organized filing system for all relevant documents.

Assist with event coordination and logistics for internal and external meetings.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
