Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, manage inquiries, and take messages accurately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and security procedures.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for senior management.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk and administrative functions.
- Handle basic customer service inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all dealings.
