Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and professional Front Office Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our front desk services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors, and coordinating administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees, providing a high level of customer service.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Maintain visitor logs and security procedures.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Supervise and train front desk staff.
