Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Office Executive with 0-2 years of experience to manage our reception area and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

- Assist with coordinating office events and meetings.
- Maintain a visitor log and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Handle basic inquiries from clients and direct them to the appropriate department.
