Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying end-to-end data science solutions, from data extraction and preprocessing to model development, deployment, and monitoring. You will work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to drive data-informed decision-making across our hospital network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address complex healthcare challenges (e.g., predictive diagnostics, patient outcome prediction, operational efficiency).
- Build robust data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering from diverse sources (EHR, PACS, IoT devices, etc.).
- Develop and deploy scalable data science solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with domain experts to understand business requirements and translate them into data science problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in healthcare data.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and apply them to our business needs.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance in all data science initiatives.
