Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Full Stack Data Scientist with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for individuals with a BBA/BBM background who possess a strong aptitude for data analysis, business acumen, and a passion for the agriculture industry. You will work across the entire data science lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model development, deployment, and business interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and preprocess diverse agricultural datasets (e.g., weather patterns, soil data, yield metrics, market prices).
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to derive actionable insights.
- Design and build data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., agronomists, software engineers, business development) to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions.
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of data science models in production environments.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities for data-driven innovation in agriculture.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies informed by data analysis.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.
