Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge clinical research platforms and internal tools. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs, to deliver robust and scalable software solutions that support our global clinical trials.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Implement and maintain database solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Solid experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Python/Django/Flask, Node.js/Express, Java/Spring, Ruby/Rails).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in the clinical research or healthcare industry is a plus.
