We are seeking a motivated IT Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. This role is crucial in driving technological solutions within the Iron & Steel industry. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable IT strategies and implementations. A Bachelor's degree is sufficient for this role; Post Graduation is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and identify areas for IT-driven improvements in the steel manufacturing process.
- Develop and propose IT solutions, considering scalability, cost-effectiveness, and integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, IT infrastructure, development) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and IT staff.
- Document IT processes, solutions, and training materials.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
