Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Liaisoning professional with an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth legal and regulatory compliance for our extensive portfolio of live events and entertainment projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our technical operations and legal requirements, ensuring all projects adhere to relevant laws and permits.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in obtaining and managing all necessary licenses, permits, and approvals for events and exhibitions from relevant government authorities and bodies.
Liaise with legal counsel, government officials, and other external stakeholders to resolve legal and regulatory queries.
Review and understand technical drawings, site plans, and project proposals to identify potential legal and compliance issues, leveraging M.Tech background.
Maintain accurate records of all legal documentation, permits, and communication with authorities.
Support the legal team in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to event management.
Conduct preliminary research on legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to the events industry in India.
Provide support in managing compliance aspects for technical installations and site operations.
