Role Summary:

You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by understanding client needs, preparing technical and legal documentation, and ensuring compliance in pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior sales personnel in understanding and documenting client requirements, particularly focusing on contractual obligations and legal aspects of sales proposals.
- Review and analyze sales contracts, terms and conditions, and other legal documents to identify potential risks and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of Raymond's textile and apparel solutions, with an emphasis on legal and compliance aspects.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and technical teams to develop effective pre-sales strategies and solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes relevant to the textile and apparel sector.
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) by gathering relevant information and drafting responses, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.
- Provide post-sales support by liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution and address any legal queries.
- Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, client interactions, and documentation.
