Full-Time Registrar (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and organized Registrar to join our team in Bangalore. The Registrar will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining records, ensuring compliance, and supporting administrative functions within the organization. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-5 years of experience who is detail-oriented and possesses strong organizational skills. A post-graduate degree is not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accurate records of employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Process and manage documentation related to various departmental activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather and disseminate information.
- Handle inquiries and provide administrative support to management.
- Manage the filing system, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Support in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
