We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Sourcing Manager with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent M.Sc graduate looking to build a career in strategic procurement within the packaging industry. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and cost optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and innovation.
Support the negotiation of contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
Contribute to the development of long-term strategic sourcing plans.
Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand material and service requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sourcing practices.
