Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of transition plans for new initiatives, store openings, or process changes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, IT, Marketing, HR) to ensure seamless execution of transition activities.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and escalate them to the senior management.
- Document transition processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Support in managing stakeholder communication and providing regular updates.
- Participate in post-transition reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all transition activities align with company policies and objectives.
